High performance mode missing on HP

Hi there,
I am using the latest version of Zorin OS 17 Core on 2 laptops.
First one is Lenovo IdeaPad 5 with Ryzen 3 4300u. Second on is HP EliteBook 850 G1 with Core i5 4300u.

On Lenovo high performance mode is there in settings and works like a charm. Laptop flies, there is no way of slowing down.
But on HP there is no high performance mode. Only balanced and power saver. And everything is little choppy on HP, like if it is working on 45-50 fps not 60 fps. Is there a way to activate high performance mode on HP? It is annoying seeing entire system laggy.
By the way I'm using Wayland on both.

Thank you in advance.

Cheers.

P.S.

I found a way to enable it. It is completely weird. There was nothing in settings, nothing in control centre.
But the option was in control centre on log in screen after booting the laptop.
It is weird. Some kind of a bug probably.
