(hotkeys) Don't work with any three-key conventions

Combinations such as ctrl+c, ctrl+v, super + tab, alt + ` and other works. However, if I try to use, for example, ctrl+shift+t, then the system will execute it as ctrl+c if ctrl was pressed before Shift. And vice versa, Shift+C, if Shift was pressed before Ctrl.

Why doesn't the system want to work with three-key combinations? None at all, anywhere. I tried to Google, but I couldn’t find any information. I came across this problem back in Ubuntu, but didn’t pay much attention, because... I almost never used hotkeys before.

How can this be fixed?

Zorin 17.1 Core, gnome

Update: i found out a reason. It's bug of X11. The layout changes and the third key is pressed. Should use super + space, alt + shift or any other, but dont use ctrl + shift. Bruh

Yes, changing to another layout was going to be my suggestion . I had this problem myself, my Windows habit to hold fn and F4 to close windows wasn't working on Zorin OS Core like set as default and simply changing the default layout just worked .
