How can i install wifi and bluetooth driver i can't access wifi and bluetooth

My laptop is asus vivobook 16 and my wifi supports realtek WLAN driver.
please help

Welcome to the Forum!

You could take a Look in the ''additional Drivers'' Tab in Software & Updates if there is a Driver offered. Could You post the Output of the Terminal Commands sudo lshw -C network and rfkill list please?

Do You have the Possibility to connect an Ethernet Cable and use this? Or maybe connect Your Phone and use that?

It can help to disable secure boot (if you don't have created a MOK for the use of Zorin with secure boot enabled) and fast boot in your BIOS, and if you have a Dualboot with Windows also disable fast startup in Windows' energy settings.
