Most of them has top left and top right rounded corner only, the bottom's corners are not rounded.
Can I make them all rounded?

That is a Gnome Thing.
All the other desktops manage the desktop with fully function windows.
However, Gnome desktop and many Gnome Applications use a Notebook > stack, which does not honor the Window Borders.
