How can I move my Home directory to another drive?

I added a new hard drive to my laptop (Zorin Pro 16 w/Mate DE) and would like to move my Home directory to that drive. I can make all the directories and move the files over but I don't know how to make Caja and the file system look at that drive for my Home directories. Is it easy or am I looking at trouble?

Can it be as easy as adding a line at the bottom of the fstab file to mount my new /home directory?

You'll have to edit the fstab to move to another partition. There is a home partition already there. You only have to edit the uuid. You can get this information in disks after you create the partition. This must all be completed prior to reboot. Make sure you backup your home folder prior to attempting this!
