I want my desktop change to be like an alt+tab, but i don't know how to remove this, can anyone help me?
I don't think the indicator can be removed, thats part of the OS core systems I think. This is the only support I can give you, a screenshot of Gnome-Tweaks, workspaces. You might find this useful.

This is an area where Cinnamon or XFCE really shines over Gnome - being able to theme the Workspace switcher more easily.
