How do I connect my institutional email (@universityname.com) that uses a Microsoft server to Evolution?

I can connect to my personal account (@hotmail.com) without any problems, but I can't connect to my university email, which uses a Microsoft server.

When trying to connect, I have to manually enter the server details. But during the final authentication process, Evolution doesn't recognize my institutional email as an existing Microsoft account.

Note: I can use my institutional account with Thunderbird (on my smartphone). My goal is to use all my email accounts in the same email client, due to Evolution's integration with Zorin.

Does anyone know if there's a solution to this problem?

You just need to sign in to your account from the settings menu for the OS under online accounts, after doing so it will just appear in GNOME based mail applications.

You could also install Thunderbird on ZorinOS if you know that works on other devices. I don't know what Thunderbird sources are showing in Software Store on Z18, but a .deb (ZorinOS or .apt) version is best option, even if version is not the latest.
