I've been trying to install my steam games on a separate harddrive, but for some reason Steam isn't detective the drive. I go into the settings and click "Storage" and click "Add Drive", but it still doesn't give me the option. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I have a feeling it might be a mounting problem.
Properly because you install Steam as flatpak. Better use the .deb instead of messing around with flatseal. Uninstall steam, then open the terminal and type;
sudo apt install steam

This solution worked for me. Thanks!
- I should also note that I reformatted the hard drive to work on Linux only. I also heard that Linux has trouble reading/writing on NTFS hard drives.
