How do you prevent that you have to log in twice when you start up? Might have to do with google Chrome. I just turned form Windows to Zorin so I need Some step by step help.

I assume the first login is the standard user login page. Is the second login a repeat of that page or different. Post a screenshot.

To avoid password prompts from your browser the easiest and safest way is to use a login with password prompt.
Although you can set an empty password for keyring, I would not recommend doing so when you're not the only user on your system.

How to stop password prompts?

Here are two links that give you information about the keyring. Usually the keyring password and user password are the same when you use the login with password entry. https://www.baeldung.com/linux/unlock-keyring-fix You will have the fewest problems (and it ensures security) if you select login with password, which will unlock the keychain.
