How i can install Plasma Mobile Dialer app in xfce de

I heard that there is app like phone link app(windows), which receive and doing calls from pc, put i found that app in kde store , and i found it in GitHub, but i don't know how it run in xfce de.

You may want to look at Linphone or Viber as an alternative

Although a Zorin user has had some issues with Viber (keeps crashing after app update) so play safe and go with Linphone.
