How I can read copy text from images in a fast way

I was used to windows 11 snipping tool that can read any text from my screen even when the text is not selectable, I need something similar

It doesn't transform non-selectable text into selectable text that I can paste everywhere this is my issue

You could use ksnip and install the plugin for OCR

I personally like ksnip, but I haven't tried the plugin yet.

I installed the ksnip plugin on Zorin 17 (tried the debug-continuos.deb and continuos.deb file to install it), but no plugin was shown after the installation. Because of this I'm not sure if it will work. Ubuntuhandbook also said that it didn't work, and the plugin is not maintained.
