How install Windows Modules Installer Service?

Trying to install a Windows app needed for work, but first need to install Net Framework 4.8. BUT, need Windows Modules Installer Service to install that.

Any ideas?

NetX360 (Pershing) It's a financial services app. I won't be surprised if it doesn't work, but I wanted to give it a try.

Thanks, but I've been using it on Windows for years. Trying to install it on Zorin.

Yes. I understable but nothing information on that on webside the most propably idea to create a virtual machine then installing inside windows there and that app. I don't know if your pc is to strong to start windows in vm.
