Hi everyone, sorry if I ask this simple question.
I have a lot of apps running, and I've got this situation:
Right now, my system is running very very very slowly, and new apps I open continue crashing.
How can I augment my swap space to, say, 12gb? I have an HDD so that's not a problem.
You can check out this guide:
Although swap is not really meant to replace actual physical memory. You should consider reducing the number of programs running and/or increase the memory on the system.
Hi, this guide did not help me, because there are no instructions on how to expand the swapfile.
But I made a quick search on the forum and found an @Aravisian post that fixed it.
