This is ridicuilous that I have forgotten it, but can't recal what I entered in terminals to change sudo to admin permssion so I can update etc.
I got the pwd okay but not what follow sudo.

I marked SWARF's post as solved, because his post contained the solution.
BTW: Its easier to run a package update using the Zorin software updater, but using the terminal is a solid choice as well.
You can also use Synaptic Package Manager:
