Try

to see if it's under another name.

You will need each of these packages as dependencies:

Since 17, Zorin OS defaults to Wayland which is incompatible with Nemo-preview and other components. You may need to log in on the Xorg Desktop for everything to work.
It seems that it is already installed. It stands in the Brackets.
That shows a Hirsute package... Zorin OS never was on Hirsute which is an intermediate release.
Then would be the Question how it can be installed.
And what should these Pictures let me know?
You are pulling from Mint Packages without the Mint repository added to your sources, so apt cannot access needed dependencies...

Ah, now I see it! The ''victoria'' Add on the Version Number and the linuxmint Github Website.
