Currently I'm using Zorin OS 15.3 Lite
So my question is how can I get a MacOS look(like the battery percentage and all that information in top of the screen).
This is based on past experience using Core release.
If you want to use built-in feature on Zorin Appearance, you can't. You need to buy a Pro license separately.
However, you can tinker/customize with GNOME Tweaks (if it uses GNOME) and add some additional extensions you can install from https://extensions.gnome.org/. Keep in mind that this might be a little bit confusing if you're newcomer.

This is a great suggestion. But in this case, The O.P. is using XFCE desktop, not Gnome. Gnome_tweaks does not work (and is not needed) on XFCE.
