I purchased OS 16 Pro back in 2021 and now I need to reinstall the OS but I can't find my copy of the ISO file. Where do I go to get this? I am used to logging in to my account for things like this, but I can't seem to do this with your product.

He needs the Pro version, the archive is for Core and Lite.

Before you do, check your old emails that will have the activation code for 16 Pro and include that in your request for support form.
Thanks! I will see if I can find that email. i suppose, i could always buy version 17 Pro as well.
Update: I found the email with my registration number and it had a link to the Pro version 16.3 which allowed me to download the file.
Now I am good to go!

Hey remember that 16.3 is good for about another 9 months. It goes end-of-life next year around April or maybe a little bit after that. You can get ZOS 17 Core or Lite at no cost or buy another Pro license next year.
