Those don't appear to be shortcuts or dynamic links, were they accidentally moved or copied to the desktop (drag n dropped in file explorer)?
Right-Click and check properties, it will show if it is a folder of a link
If it is a folder Do those folders Show in /home/%username if they show in both locations, copy the ones back from
to desktop to /home/%username let them merge, then remove from the desktop.
