How do install Canon MX434 scanner on Zorin OS 15.3. The printer works fine but can’t get the scanner to work. I am new to linux but I do a lot of scanning. I am still learnign the commands

I think your question is similar to others regarding use of Canon devices on Linux (Zorin).
If you go to Canon website, you can download Linux 64bit or Linux 32bit drivers for your MX434. You may have to go to "Your Operating System" and select from dropdown.
This worked in other cases. I will try and unearth previous threads and if I find them will post again.
Canon driver helped @JI070577 with his scanner. If he is lurking around on the Forum, he may be source of more advice.
