I am trying to install itunes using Bottles but am getting a black screen after installation
That's asking a lot. I have not heard anyone successfully install iTunes for Windows on Linux. Have you tried another virtual machine? Are you on Wayland or X11? (Switch to the other.)
EDIT: I neglected to ask if you were trying the default WINE installation that allows you to just install a Windows .exe file native? Most/some Windows programs will run under WINE but there is not guarantee all programs will successfully execute.

Follow this guide instead of using bottles but there are plenty of opensource music players that can play your files:
