(also i have mesa-utils installed)

So, this looks like it should I guess.

Maybe try it with disabled Hardware Acceleration. Or: Check if it is disabled and enable it.

@robloxiathineus, what about the terminal output for:

glxinfo | grep "OpenGL renderer"

the command identify my gpu, also i dont know how to disable hardware acceleration or enable acceleration, i just know than my gpu have no acceleration, i have this problem in all of the distros than i use my gpu just dont work.

That should be normally happen in the specific Program. In Brave, You can find that Option for Example or starting Brave from the Terminal with the Command

brave-browser --disable-gpu

to start Brave with disabled Hardware Acceleration.
