I just want to know where to go to make Firefox my default browser w\o using the terminal.
Can we expect in this scenario you already have Firefox installed? Most browsers have this somewher in Browser settings, e.g., "Make Firefox the default web browser?" With a box or circle next to the question.
Is it Snap, Flatpak or APT installed? That does make a difference.
In Firefox > Settings > General > Startup, it should offer to make it default. But a Snap or Flatpak install lacks system access to affect the change if selected there.

you can also do in the Zorin menu settings/apps/default apps and select it there, along with your preferred mail app etc.
In the Firefox Settings on the ''General'' Tab is a Button to make it the default:
And You can go to Settings>Apps and there is a Menu Point to set up the default Apps:
