How to pause the video capture tool ? I can activate the tool using "Print" button and I can record/capture video .
Please let me know how to pause the recording ?
Use OBS to capture screen video. It has a lot of features, like video pausing.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:obsproject/obs-studio
sudo apt update
sudo apt install ffmpeg obs-studio
Or even the APT version of vokoscreenNG.
Haven't checked out Spectacle's latest version which now includes screencast capturing, not just screenshots.
I normally used OBS on Windows and will still use it in Zorin, but I have also become a big fan of SimpleScreenRecorder for simple screen recordings. It reminds me of QuickTime in that it's a super simple to use screen recorder that still looks good. After you choose your options you can minimize it or hide the window and start recording with Super + R, then pause recording with Super + R.
