How to remove the status icons on the taskbar

I'm trying to remove one of the status icons on the bottom right of the taskbar.
You know those little icons that always show up when you first install something? I want to remove the Skype and Bluemail ones.

Does anybody know how?

I added a Screenshot of my taskbar too.

You can hide them all by right-clicking the taskbar > Taskbar Settings > Position > click Visible for the right container. Usually software that provides its own shortcut for the taskbar also allows disabling it from its settings so if you want to hide only some I suggest checking their settings instead of hiding the container which, as I explained, will hide them all.
