My solution only reduces the password prompts for nautilus and not for other apps.
Here is a thread where this was topic. I have searched for solutions there but not tried them yet.
Something is strange on your system, you shouldn't get a password prompt after rebooting with autologin. I don't know why this happens.
Did you disable the lock screen?
