I recently attempted to create a second user in “users.” At the time, I had assigned Administrator rights to my “personal user” because I installed Zorin on a laptop (Framework) that was only used by me. However, I am now unable to do so because I cannot unlock it.

Just for clarification: "ontgrendelen" means "unlock". And unfortunately: it does not work.
It is worse. The button does NOT react at all ...
If I push the button, it does not react. It doesn't do a thing
