Well, my hypothesis was not correct. 
Well sometimes writing here when not helping sometimes people sharing a screen monitor on some discord to better understanding.
Propably your hardware don't liked just this version Zorin. So what I understable you want update Zorin 16 LIte Pro to the version Zorin 16 Pro? Or just i am missunderstanding. One trick sometimes what i doing then installing operating system on another a computer. Then just clone and copy installation a clone image to the a computer what not starting.

It is on a laptop with a built-in drive. I ain't got the time/skills to be messing around with pulling drives out and stuff.
