It doesnt play videos.i believe its some kind of security error or something with mostly does happen on linux.i believe the answer to this is what mr forpli replied.i also am truly grateful for your answer and am very glad you took some time to reply(not being sarcastic)

I agree with what @Forpli said, to play DRM content, (Which is what content on Netflix is) you need to install/enable the DRM tools for Brave. Chrome & Firefox are the same way, you have to enable DRM content.

IMO, that is the core issue you are facing with this. I don't know why these browsers don't automatically come with DRM enabled, just adds more work for the user, but thats how it is. IMO, Forpli has got you on the right road.

First, relax. Chill. Be happy. Second, when you reinstall Zorin, look for the option to download the multimedia codecs during installation. Select that. Let the install do it for you. Third, when your reinstall is done, just go to https://www.netflix.com/ on Brave. Enable DRM in the settings page first, though. Then sign into your account on Netflix and watch whatever you want. Good luck. P.S.: Did I say relax? :slightly_smiling_face:

To @Forpli's Advice, I want add that You can find more Codecs if neccessary in Gnome Software. Scroll on the Startpage down to the End and there is a Button ''Codecs''. Click on it and You get an Overview with Codec Packages. Install them all.

Then, you can install the VLC Player which brings some Codec Support with it and ffmpeg. You can install both in the Terminal with sudo apt install vlc ffmpeg
