how to uninstall this app?
There are 3 formats for this package and it depends which one was installed.
sudo apt remove telegram-desktop
sudo snap remove telegram-desktop
flatpak remove flathub org.telegram.desktop

Or use a tool called "synaptic" although i am not sure if it can remove flatpak/snaps. Never tested that.
check this its not working
It was not installed via apt try the other commands.
