How well to KDE Plasma and Zorin get along?

I tried Zorin a while ago and learned that I cannot stand GNOME, even with all of Zorin's improvements. I saw that there was a tutorial in these forums for installing KDE Plasma on Zorin, but I thought I'd have a better time switching to an OS that "officially" supports KDE.
So I'm now on kubuntu and I think I made the wrong decision.
People who use KDE with Zorin: what sort of compatibility issues have you run into, and how much of a hassle were they to fix? Also, are you using KDE 6 yet? Why did you choose KDE on Zorin over KDE Neon or another option?

When You install KDE on Zorin it comes from the Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Base Repo's. So, You can't have Plasma 6 because it is too new. If I'm not wrong, it should be Plasma 5.24 or .25. That would be the normal Plasma Desktop without any Customization.

Can I ask which OS did You have used? KDE Neon? Fedora Plasma Spin? Solus?

Sorry, I overwrote that. When You like the Plasma Desktop and want a LTS Base maybe KDE Neon would be worth a Try I think.

It has a similar concept like Linux Mint. It uses an Ubuntu LTS Base and an up-to-date Desktop. In Case of Linux Mint it is the Cinnamon Desktop which they develop by themself.

And on KDE Neon You have an Ubuntu LTS Base, too. But KDE brings his own up-to-date Plasma 6 Desktop with it. So, You could use the Plasma Desktop form the Developers in a Distro.

If you like KDE you might also look at MX Linux KDE. I have been using it for about 8 months now and really like it.

If you want to try a rolling distro with plasma 6 (6.1.4), I can recommend Solus.

I changed to a dual boot of Zorin and Solus. I tend to use Solus the most although Plasma 6 has some quirks, Zorin with Plasma 5 play well and is fully customisable with the lock screen and login screen being able to be changed. I don't like Gnome also but on Zorin you can easily switch back to the Zorin Desktop at the login screen if there are any problems. Much prefer the Plasma flavour.

I don't think rolling releases are for me. I bricked my Manjaro install by foolishly thinking when I got a notification telling me to install updates, that meant I should install updates.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I'm gonna try Zorin again since I had no stability issues with it last time and right now I really just need something that works.
