Printer will work wifi but not usb connected. zorin Pro 16 16 gig ram , intel i5 processor, and latest updates. tried all suggestions on page still no help.

Zorin OS is included in the Distro drop down list now and can be selected.

yes followed hp install instructions (manual and Auto)
This is actually a workaround that many people use... if the printer is not working, connecting to Wifi solves the issue rather than using USB.
