HP printer cartridges error

Hello,

I am experiencing a cartridge error on my HP printer. The printer displays a message indicating that there is a problem with one or more cartridges and printing is blocked.

Please Guide,

What is your printer model ?
Do you have dual boot ?
If yes you have to disable Fast Startup in Windows power management
If no disable secure boot in your BIOS
are you in Wayland Or Xorg ? in terminal do that

echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE

inf it's Wayland switch to Xorg:

  • Logout
  • At the login screen, click your username (don't enter password)
  • Click the gear icon in the bottom right
  • Select "Zorin Desktop on Xorg"
  • Log in

Did You already checked the Cartridges in the Printer? Maybe put them off and then take them in again
