How did you install Hypnotix? As a .deb or flatpak?

Maybe it helps to install xapp-symbolic-icons.
Edit:
I tested it in a Zorin 18.1 Core live session with the kelebek333 ppa for the mint tools and installed hypnotix. I got the same icon error as you. Then I installed the package xapp-symbolic-icons and the problem was solved:
