I am not able to boot into zorin, i used it for 2 weeks after installation, recently its showing a hard disk issue and wont let me reinstall the Os either, as it says the system has limited disk space. Is there a way i can overwrite this Os somehow?

Do you have any information about the hard disk issue? Are you able to take a photo of that screen and attach it to a post in this thread?
What size is the Root Partition of the install?
Can we rewind and ask for full specs of the machine?
If you have the live installation media, run it in live mode and use Disks to test your hard drive:
