I can no longer get the startup sound on start up

Start up sound disappeared. Is there any way to restore it?
I tried from startup applications and from stacer, nothing, it doesn’t work anymore. Is it possible from a terminal?

Latest version of Zorin OS...no startup and shutdown sounds? may or may not help

I don’t have my computer at the moment, it’s under repair. When they return it I try to do something, but not sure if I can … still useful.

Solved it! Create a new startup application and call it “Login sound” In Command window enter: paplay /usr/share/sounds/zorin/stereo/desktop-login.ogg Comment: Play sound when login. [Acknowledgement to: https://www.bettertechtips.com/ubuntu/ubuntu-login-sound/ - who deserves full credit!] Log out and back in again and it is back! Or present if you never had it!
