Welcome to the forum!
Could you give us some more information about your system? Either in the about page on that settings screen you have open, or perhaps running a inxi -b
in the terminal and pasting the output of that here.
Also, running thorough updates (sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
) may solve the issue as well, if that hasn't been run. Just wanted to get that out there first, always shouldn't hurt to do
For instance, If this is an nVidia system, it might be due to you needing to install some drivers for the card, which should be available through the "Additional Drivers" tab in the "Software and Updates" program.
sorry for didnt give info about my system you right.
cpu: ryzen 5 5600
gpu: 4060 ti
here is inxi -b results.
OK, if you could run an nvidia-smi
in the terminal and get us the output of that, that would help as well.

Okay, You use a Nvidia Card. Please check in Settings>About under ''window Manager if Zorin runs with Xorg or Wayland. If there should stand Wayland change it to Xor. To do this, go to the Login Screen and click on Your Profile so that the Password field appears. It have to be appeared! After it is appeared, You should see in the bottom right Corner a Gear I con. click on it and choose the Option with Zorin Desktop on Xorg and log in.
Then would be the Question what Driver you are using. For this, please look at @applecheeks37's Comment with the nvidia-smi
Command.
