I can't open software

I cannot open the software, no matter how many times I click on the icon, it does not react at all. At first I tried looking at the forum and

killall gnome-software
rm -rf ~/.cache/gnome-software
sudo apt install --reinstall gnome-software

I did these and tried to open the application, again there was no reaction, this time I tried to open it from the terminal and it gave me this.

Error reading events from display: Protocol error

Then I try gnome-software refresh command and it gave me

Error flushing display: Protocol error

And I have no idea what to do next
