I can't select an image to use as wallpaper

Well, when I go to select a wallpaper to put on the desktop, no image appears, and when I go to "others" and I try to select the image, I can't. Does anyone know the solution?

Is the wallpaper on another disk and/or partition?

No, I only have one disk in my pc, and the image is on the same partition as the system

I see you are using lite. I'm not expert on XFCE, but have you tried copy your images to ~/Pictures/wallpapers

If you right-click on a picture can't you click Apply as background?

Gday @sammouraa , Welcome to the community!

Another way to use the wallpaper/backgrounds is, by right clicking the desktop & select "Desktop Settings".
First you have to select the "Folder" you wish to use (eg:"my Wallpapers", in pictures folder.) or you can add your photos to "/usr/share/backgrounds/"
If you still have a problem.
Can we ask for your machine spec's.
Also is this just Zorin OS or Dual booting?
Is this a new installation of Zorin OS?

Hope this helps.

The photo's need to be .jpeg or .png i believe.

This image appears to be from Zorin Core not Lite. Using XFCE one is able to create in Pictures a folder called for example 'My Wallpapers' and choose to use that folder for your backgrounds. In Gnome it is more difficult - I don't use it so cannot advise you.

Right click an area of the desktop and select Desktop Settings
Under Background, click on folder and set the Designated folder for wallpapers.
You should see the images load in the main area of the popover window. Click on the image you want and see if that sets the background wallpaper image.
