Could You maybe translate what there stands? That would be helpful.
Without that, I can only see that it seems that there is a Problem with the etcher Repo (https://deb.etcher.io). You could unmark it in the List in the ''other Software'' Tab, make a sudo apt update and then try it again.
If it shouldn't be listed, You would have to delete the Files manually and then make a sudo apt update
