That appears to be a fake website saying what the differences there are between different versions of Zorin. Office365 has never been part of any GNU/Linux Software repositories. It would only be available to Windows users as it only runs on Windows.

The official website compares what comes with Zorin OS against what Microsoft charges you more money for.

It does not come with what Microsoft charges you money for. It comes with the Free Open Source versions of that software.
