I don't remember my user password. terminal asks to me password but i don't know password

Launching terminal, you can run

sudo passwd

and enter a new password at the prompt. This will generate a new password and will not help you to recover the old one.

But does he/she need for this sudo command not his Password?

It is the Password that you use for Login. Or Do You use the automatic Login?
