Is your microphone connected directly to the PC? If it is connected via a hub, try connecting it directly to the computer.
I have also read that it can help to plug it into USB 3.0 instead of USB 2.0.
Then try to run alsamixer and look there if the microphone is muted (MM). If it is select the chanel and press m.
Hi Gerardo and welcome to the forum.
Are other sound sources e.g. speakers, headphone working OK and only the internal microphone is not working?
Can you look at alsamixer.
Open a terminal session by typing Ctrl+Alt+T , then type:
alsamixer
In alsamixer, hit F6 to list/select soundcards.
Select a analogue soundcard.
If that is not seen easily from the F6 list, post a screenshot.
In alsamixer, hit F5 to display ALL sound channels.
Look for any Mic channels showing as [MM] , which means…

Hello,
I have the Fifine ampligame H6 Headset, however its microphone is not … working on popos, I have already tested it using Windows, setting up lives from Debian, Ubuntu and Pop\_Os itself, but both in popos live and in what I already have installed, they were the only moments that it did not work correctly, the headphone is working correctly, the headset is being found both input and output, but the microphone does not capture audio, has anyone experienced this?

Since I already tried restarting the pipewire, but I still keep getting the same thing
