I have a question mark in my wifi symbol

Sometimes, a question mark appears in the wifi symbol, even though my wifi seems to be working. Since my connection is not the best, it can be confusing to know whether the network is functioning properly or not. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I did a netwearch, given that Kilelr Wifi kind of comes up a lot.
