I installed Zorin for my laptop for the first time, but my app store doesn't call, sometimes it opens but it crashes quickly

I tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the software store according to the AI's suggestion, and also checked for updates, and logged out and re-etc=login, but it didn't work.I launch through the terminal to show Only 0 apps for recent list, hiding Segfault.Does anyone know what I should do,,, thanks

You wrote that You reinstalled it: How did You do that? Did You used the Command sudo apt reinstall gnome-software ?

And when You type in the Terminal gnome-software to start it, what Output do You get exactly? Could You post a Screenshot of it here?
