I use windows11 on part ion and zorin lite on anthor part ion(doul booting), i recently have problem with windows11, i want to format it, and install new version instead of it, does that will effect on zorin lite?
No a separate partition should have no effect on your Zorin partition. Just remain vigilant that you select the correct partition during your formatting.

Don't forget backup win11 if you erase wrong partition.
