Vielen lieben Dank, ich habe es hinbekommen. Und es hat alles funktioniert, allerdings hat sich bei der Nvidia RTX 4060 gar nichts verändert. Aber es ist okay, es war sehr spannend, alles zu machen. Manchmal will es leider nicht.

Going back to that nvidia dev post where the advice was to try a different distro, you could give Q4OS a try or PCLOS Debian KDE.

That is tyrannical HP for you. Ivve been attempting to help unruly with their issues with an HP All-in-One. They purchased it brand new is the original purchaser and would not help her enter the BIOS because she forgot the setup code. And after one of their products gets to be over 3 years old they cease support.

Ich habe heute Morgen noch einmal Linux Mint probiert; genau das gleiche Phänomen. Mein großer Bruder hat auch einen HP Victus, und bei ihm ist es genau dasselbe. Ja, das BIOS in HP ist sehr eingeschränkt, was die Einstellungen angeht. Ich kann überhaupt keine GPU-Einstellungen vornehmen.
Es ist zwar komisch, aber ich glaube, das liegt einfach nur am Nvidia-Treiber. Ich bin ja nicht unbedingt ein Fan von YouTube-Videos, wenn es um sowas geht, allerdings hat jemand in den Kommentaren geschrieben, dass das manuelle Ändern des Power Limits deaktiviert wurde, ab der Treiber Version 530.

Ignore my reference to Q4OS as it uses kernel 6.1 whereas PCLOS Debian based on Debian 12 ('bookworm') uses Liquorix kernel 6.12, possibly 6.13.
