Okay, first have you upgraded the BIOS at any time? In terms of hard drive settings in the BIOS, this should be set to AHCI and not RAID. In the 'Boot' section of the BIOS, Fast Boot and Secure Boot should be disabled if such options are present. Please check these settings. Before I forget, did you verify the integrity of the Zorin iso you downloaded by making sure the hash key matched the official SHA256 key?

- Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in the BIOS turned off?
- Is Your BIOS in UEFI or Legacy Mode?
- What Program did You used to create the bootable USB Stick?
- What Installation Method in the Installer did You choose? ''Erase disk''?
