I'm happy to support you, but I don't think I'll buy the Pro version again.
First, the updater sold me version 16 Pro instead of 18 Pro, and I can't find anywhere to contact about these problems.
And now I can't update because of package dependencies. Searching for help always leads me back to the user forum, which is nice enough, but not very satisfactory.
If you're aiming for "professional" status, then at least implement a ticketing system.
It does seem a bit self evident in hindsight.
Given font and font size, 18 or 16 can look remarkably similar. And we cannot rely on up or down as being the higher version as direction is not standardized.
What may mitigate this is;
Zorin Eighteen point (X) noted beside the Zorin 18 selection, etc.
Or
Having only LTS currently supported options listed, with a redirect for only unsupported editions.
Maybe you point your upgrade tool just to the next higher version.
As you have to adjust settings with every new version and the update tool received several updates in the past, it just should guide you to the right version.
Oh ... 17 Pro little magic URL decider ... whoosh ... 18 Pro!
Voila! Problem solved.
Personally, I thought tat 16 is no more option to buy as it aged out.
But as I have fun in another thread, I will let things rest here.
I understand, but I'm just surprised that version 16 was even still an option (especially as a purchase), considering that it's been unsupported for quite some time now. Versions 17 and 18 are the only ones supported right now.
