I have tested this distribution many times over the years with varying results. Version 18 came and was not quite on track with its bugs! New installation to day. But after all the updates it seems to be on target with most things. I can't find anything to put my finger on so far as I had immediately after version 18 was released.
I bought the Pro version 17 for over 500,- immediately before the announced version 18. But I couldn't upgrade to PRO 18. Then I had to pay another over 500,- which of course I didn't do. I think this was petty and not particularly smart. Of course, everyone who had paid for the 17 pro version should have been able to upgrade to 18 pro for 0 money. And at least we who paid over 500,- for the 17 pro version just a few weeks before 18 was released. Of course we felt a little cheated.
But with all that said, Zorin OS finally seems to be succeeding with version 18, after all the updates since its release. You should get a full pot of stars there.
