Increase the font size of the Taskbar/StartMenu

I have recently installed Zorin Core 17 and quite like it, one thing though is that I cannot seem to locate where to customize/change the font size of the Taskbar and Start menu.
I have been able to adjust other font sizes and they stick as expected, however the only way I have so far been able to adjust the size of the Text in the Taskbar is by adjusting the Display Scaling.

Unfortunately doing that breaks other things (like Steam/Proton games) and some right-click menu's

I have a 4k screen so those text components are quite small.

Welcome to the Forum!

You can go to Zorin Appearance and there to the Font Section. There You can adjust the Font Size. Another Option would be to use gnome-tweaks. There You have a Font Section, too where You can adjust the Fonts Size directly and the common Scaling Factor for Fonts.

Installing and using gnome-tweaks seems to be the only that works specifically with Taskbar, at least as far I could tell. Unfortunately, this updates fonts everywhere else, too. But it may be worth a try in case this is enough to get it look readable.

Maybe this is a good candidate for Feedback ?

Ahh, that is unfortunate. Changing the available font sizes have not changed anything on the taskbar and I was hoping to avoid other messing about. I will try gnome-tweaks and see how it goes.

Edit: Doesn't look like it will do what I want without other unfortunate side-effects, however, it did allow me to fix another problem that I had so a win for now (scaled vs zoomed wallpaper). I will keep poking around and see what I can do.
